RepairWarranty
Bathtub Repair Service guarantees its product for one full year from the date of completion. This warranty covers all defects in workmanship or material. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product only. This warranty does not cover damage or damages by or resulting from neglect/abuse or failure to follow care/maintenance instructions.
Please be aware that a small percentage of tubs continue to rust. Just like the original manufacturer, we are unable to guarantee that rust will not occur in the future.

Cracks caused by external factors (foundation movement, earthquakes, improper installation) cannot be warrantied as we cannot control these factors.

This warranty does not include repair or replacement of the product for normal wear and tear resulting from use of the product. Warranty service requests must be in writing, with pictures and are subject to a one hundred twenty nine dollar trip fee. The fee is fully refundable if the claim is approved under the warranty. There are no guarantees against future rusting, chipping or cracking. Damage is not covered under the warranty. We will make the final determination on whether a claim is covered under the warranty. Failure to follow care and maintenance instructions will void this warranty.
